You say it recognizes the drive, How exactly , what does it do?
What happens when you try to use it?
How is the drive formatted? Is it encrypted?

Aug 8, 2016 8:24 AM in response to acarroll69by Genus_Bar,The drive may not be formatted correctly. It should be formatted as:
FAT32 (File Allocation Table)
- Natively read/write FAT32 on Windows and Mac OS X.
- Maximum file size: 4GB
- Maximum volume size: 2TB

Aug 14, 2016 6:28 PM in response to lllaassby acarroll69,The files(mostly pics) were added to the click free drive from my PC and yes i can see them if connected to the PC, at least i could at last use.
Each time i have plugged in the click free drive on my Mac, it wants to install the drive again. It shows the drive in the finder but i can't do anything with it. It just wants to install it again.
