Does the drive not appear in Finder?  Do you get an icon for it on your desktop?

You say it recognizes the drive,  How exactly , what does it do?

What happens when you try to use it?

How is the drive formatted?  Is it encrypted?

The drive may not be formatted correctly. It should be formatted as:

    FAT32 (File Allocation Table)

    - Natively read/write FAT32 on Windows and Mac OS X.

    - Maximum file size: 4GB

    - Maximum volume size: 2TB

The drive can also be formatted in PC NTFS formate since a Mac can natively read an NTSF formatted drive but can't write to it.

Tell us more about how files were added to this click free drive?

If connected to a PC can My Computer see all the files?

The files(mostly pics) were added to the click free drive from my PC and yes i can see them if connected to the PC, at least i could at last use.

Each time i have plugged in the click free drive on my Mac, it wants to install the drive again.  It shows the drive in the finder but i can't do anything with it.  It just wants to install it again.

Just what do you mean by "It just wants to install it again."?

If yo are getting a message what is the wording of the message?

Also, try now on a PC.
