How do I Clean Bacon Grease off my Screen?

My son has smeared bacon grease all over my iPad screen. A damp cloth will not clean it. What can I use --even if only once-- to clean the screen before putting a protector on it?

iPad 2, iOS 9.3.4

I Agree with using microfiber cloths. I use them all the time. You will need a few, most likely. Try soaking up as much of the grease as you can by gently holding down on a cloth pressed on the screen to pickup as much of the grease as you can. Change cloths, repeat as needed. Then try cleaning with a slightly damp cloth on small section at a time wiping from left to right across the screen. I clean my screen in landscape orientation, but it may work better if you clean in portrait so that you do not need to pick up as much slop at a time in one pass.

I would certainly avoiding using the cloth in a circular motion on the screen. I think that would make matters worse.
