on a student plan how many devices can listen to music at the same time?

Hello I am a student in the united states and looking to purchase the student plan, how many devices can listen to music on this plan? Can their be more than one user at a time or is there a restriction? If there is a restriction would it be possible to get the family plan on a student discount as well?
