Q: Apple Music in a diffrent country

Hello

I am currently using Apple Music in Germany but I am going to spend 10 months in the USA. Now I am not sure if my Apple music account will work in the USA. Do I have to change the store? Can I keep all my music? How does the payment work? Somebody please explain!
