Q: I am getting a message that my Apple ID has been disabled and I don't know how to fix it.
Need help with my Apple ID it is saying it is disabled.

See If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support.
Note that if you responded to an email telling you that your account was disabled that message may well be fraudulent. See these support resources:

If you changed your password in response to a fraudulent message try to update your password again via the steps in the first link. If you're not certain that your account is secure contact your financial institution immediately to make sure that any payment method attached to your iTunes account cannot be misused, then use the contact us link shown in If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support.
