Apple ID no existing e-mail.

Hi! My name is Djuliya Im from Kazakhstan. Iphone 6+ 16GB. When I create a new Apple ID for my husband's phone I noted no existing e-mail. Now I want to reset all settings and delete the Apple ID in order to fully use the phone. Please help me. Waiting for your answer.

Hey DjuliTSoy,

Having an iPhone you can use is a great thing I would be happy to help you get it reset.

If the iPhone is currently signed into iCloud using your husbands Apple ID, you will need to sign out first. To do that, follow these steps:

Open your Settings app and tap on iCloud.
Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Sign Out.
Tap on Sign Out again and then tap Delete from My iPhone and enter in the Apple ID password.
