Q: Issues with ITunes Store after updates on Win7

The ITunes store has not been working correctly on my two PCs with Windows 7, but does work okay on my MAC ever since about three updates back...I keep installing the ITunes updates hoping they will correct the problem.  When I go to the store the links do not work -- such as clicking on "See All" and the Menu that is off to the side (right side) with selections such as top songs and complete my album does not show up and there is no way to scroll over.  I thought it might be my computer settings -- but it doesn't work on my work computer either.  The only computer that I can see everything on and the that the links work correctly is my MacBook Pro.  I have never had issues using ITunes store on my other computers before these last three updates...are there other users having similar issues?
