iOS is for iPhones, iPads, and the iPod touch.

If you are referring to typing your password for Yahoo on your Mac, if you are using Safari, go to Safari > Preferences then select the AutoFill tab then make sure:  User names and passwords  is selected.

The next time you enter your Yahoo email password you should be prompted to save that password.

Thank you. I do have that setting set up already. its while I'm in my Mail. I can go along for a week or two then it just decides it doesn't know my account password anymore. I happens on my Mac as well as on my other IOS devices like my iPhone. Its very weird. it never used to happen so I'm thinking that the newest IOS just doesn't like POP mail accounts? its the only thing i can think of but its very annoying having to go into my accounts setting and put the password in there all the time for Mail.
