Q: Corrupted Main Page

When I open iTunes on my PC (Windows 10, Google Chrome Browser) I do not see the iTunes icon on the far upper left of the screen.  Many support instructions start with click on that but I do not see it.  The  image below shows what I see when I click on the ITunes shortcut.

What do I do to get the correct page when opening iTunes?
