My new Mac iTunes has been authorized...but when I attempt to play some of my older albums and materials purchased I keep getting a pop up asking me to authorize using an old outdate Apple ID...and an old email no longer in use.
What can I do to so I can access music (which I paid for) on an old outdated apple id to my current apple id? Thank you!

Change the email associated with that old Apple ID to one that you currently use.
So...if I am accessing the iTunes store now, with my new Apple ID and new email...and able to see my account...such did not effectively overwrite and change what was my old email??
One problem...I don't remember the old email password, and tried a few times to access that "old" account but got locked out...Its been perhaps a decade since using that old email. If a guessing game is what is now required getting locked out after a few attempts...it will likely be a long long time not to mention "luck" til I am able to access my old purchases. Bummer...
I can't even access my old email loggin' as security is suggesting I don't know my own stink'n birthday in the "forgot" page security questions...good grief...hahaa
