My credit card is getting charged my the Apple online store and I cant "report a problem" because it doesn't  show up as an iTunes charge.  My device warranties have expired, so I'm can't think of any possible things I could be charged for...

On top of everything,  I've closed this card and switched to a better card for my business.  So I need to get ahold of Apple and tell them to stop trying to to make this bogus mystery charge over and over again against a closed account.  I just don't have time to sit on hold and wish to take care of this via email/text.

Is there anyone out there who knows the link/department???

It seems like Apple is really quick with links and access to take your money and sell you things.  But when it comes time to help one with a mess they've created or with a substandard product, all of a sudden, there's no one and nothing available.

I'd appreciate the help - thanks!!!

If it's being charged by the Apple online store then it won't show on your iTunes account, that only shows iTunes store purchases. Does anything show if you log into the online store on a browser ?

Or if you mean it's an iTunes purchase, you've checked all of your accounts, and any other account that it might have been on (e.g. family members) ? iTunes Support are unlikely to be able to help unless you can tell them the account (and if it's your account) - you can contact iTunes Support via the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page.

If it's not your account contact the card issuer.
