    Hello huebnerva,

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I see that you're getting an error message that says "Cannot Open This media is not supported" when you try to play certain songs from Regina Spektor's album Begin to Hope. I know it's important to have access to all of your purchased music. I'm happy to help!

Since this album was purchased from iTunes, I'd recommend that you try deleting the problematic songs and re-download them to test again. Here is an overview of how to delete music content on your iPhone:

Remove songs, albums, or playlists from the Music app

    1. Find the song, album, or playlist that you want to delete.
    2. Tap the More Options icon   on the right side of the screen.
    3. Tap Delete.
    4. When prompted, tap Delete [Purchased or Playlist] to confirm.

Delete music, movies, apps, and other content from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Once you have deleted the songs, you can re-download them by tapping on the cloud icons next to each one. After you have confirmed that they have fully re-downloaded to your device, try testing them again. If you notice a similar error message when you try to re-download the songs, it might be a good idea to test this out using a different Wi-Fi network or try using cellular data instead.

    Take care!
