i need help

I forgot my password to my old account and i need to delete it and put my new account , but the worse part is that it went to an old yahoo account i used to have that im not able to access anymore cause it got canceled due to not using it and putting in the wrong password for it. is there a way i can get the password reset for my old icloud account to my recent account i have now so i can sign out of my old icloud account ?
