Malware not found by bit finder?

I just uninstalled movist and mackeeper from my Macbook air. Now whenever I turn it on

the screen with the user icons is just black. And when I get in my Mac can't find the

numerous wifi spots around us. Do these have to do with each other and how do I fix it?
