Stolen Iphone Issue!!!!

To my knowledge, you cannot cancel the request once it has been sent, even though it has not processed the request. If it can be cancelled, then yes, I would cancel it. Once you have removed it from iCloud, then it can be restored and used.

Can someone tell me why my stolen iphone is doing that? Is the thief using my phone as we speak? I just dont want them to have access to my photos and apps which are very private. (Also, How do I even get my lost photos back??)

It is doing that because you deactivated the phone and erased it. Since you deactivated service, the phone will no longer go to voicemail. Once you have done that, there is no service for the device and you will not be able to track it any longer. If you have a passcode on the device, they cannot see your content. Buy once you have removed it from iCloud, they will be able to restore it and activate it. The device is gone. As far as photos, if you did not have a backup of them, or you were not using iCloud for photos, then they are lost as well.

You already initiated the iCloud erase. There is no canceling that.
