i am looking for a way to obtain this symbol
with my keyboard.
I want exactly 3... if i type 3 on the numerical part i obtain 3 and not 3
I want to change a shortcut and i can't paste in the window, i have to type it on the keyboard.

IF you want the number 3 - enable learn by key position and then press 3.
The keypad like symbol only means you used learn by key position.
Learn by label means all 3's on your keyboard will do the same command
learn by position allows different 3's to do different commands - such as on extended keyboards
