iPhone 5c screen burn in/ghosting

Help me please! I've had this iPhone for at least a year? Maybe 3? Idk, but I keep having screen burn in, and no matter what methods I try, it keeps coming back, I used color video with the blinking colors, everything, still has screen burn in. Any ideas?
