How can we add the themes "Places" that exist in iPhoto ?

You can not add themes - only Apple can - tell them your needs - http://www.apple.com/feedback/photos.html

I have post my need by following your link.
If i want to use this theme anyway how can i do ?
I already have import my photos in Photos.
Should i import them in iPhoto another time ?

Photos and iPhoto are totally separate - if you wish to use photos in both you must import them into both - there is no connection of any sort between them
