Q: can i restore my device after setting up new account?

My old Apple ID was blocked and unrecoverable, even got my access revoked via activation lock. Apple has unlocked the device and set it up as new. But, can i restore my device with the backup from the last Apple ID that i no longer have access to 

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.3
