Aug 9, 2016 2:47 AM in response to Michael_GRby dialabrain,You didn't mention which app you installed to read and write NTFS volumes but make sure there is an El Capitan compatible version. There are no free versions any more except possibly the one from Seagate.

Aug 9, 2016 9:28 AM in response to Michael_GRby dialabrain,★HelpfulIf you click on the disk in the Finder sidebar, make sure you are in List View, right click on the bar that says "Name", a drop down menu will open, check "Date Added". you will probably need to scroll over to see it.

Aug 9, 2016 9:04 AM in response to Michael_GRby dialabrain,If you click on the date added column, it will list the folders chronologically. In other words folders with something added to them in the last two months will be on top. when you open the folder, any files in the last two months, will be.
