Hi,
I can't find any built-in dictionary in iPad.
When i define a word , it says "No definition found", then i click "Manage", but there is no option.
I tried to change language and reset all setting , it didn't work though.
Anyone knows how to solve this problem ?

Have you tried Settings > General > Reset> Reset Keyboard Dictionary.
(I assume you have tried a restart of your iPad but if not that is ALWAYS worth a try)
Yes, I tried this before , even tried "erase all content and settings", but it still not working 😟

I had the same issue with no dictionaries. Resetting the keyboard worked for me as described in this thread.
I Reset it once, then once more to be sure, and then shut down and powered off the iPad. When I powered it back on, and checked a word in Safari, I didn't have any dictionary active. But selecting Manage brought up the list of dictionaries to download- which were missing previously.
Try again now please. The ability to download dictionaries started working today.
