Q: keyboard not reacting when typing

My keyboard will not print when I press the letters/nos.  Cannot log on with my password, batteries are showing 100%.

    Dear Diane,

     

    Please help us help you by adding more information. All you have in your equipment line is "Windows 7"which is confusing--this is an Apple forum. So please clarify:

    1) your Mac model and sub-model

    2) your Mac OSX version (from "About this Mac")

    3) The make and model of your keyboard

     

    As you say "batteries are 100 percent" I assume this is a wireless keyboard but I am also assuming that "battereis" refers to the keyboard and not your computer. I'm having to assume too much!

     

    This forum section is limited to iMac desktop computers made between 1998 and 2005 (although you cannot tell because someone at Apple has made the bone-headed decision to use non-intuitive forum labels). Because it serves models that many people have now hauled to the recyclers, it gets very little traffic. If yours is newer we can get you moved to a more active forum.
