Q: Unable to print via Epson WF-6590
One of my users is unable to continually print to our Epson WF-6590 printer. The device is hard wired into our network, the firmware is up to date and everyone in the office can print to this, apart from a single user. She can print once or twice before either a communication error or filter failed message appears. It's a very intermittent issue and more often than not, this occurs when a whole host of jobs are submitting one after another.
I've tried tons of troubleshooting steps. So far these include:
* resetting the printing system
* re-adding the printer via the latest Epson PS driver
* adding the device by IP address and Bonjour
* verified and repaired disk permissions
* up to date with the latest OS (10.11.6)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know the reason, but I've found HP Jetdirect to be the most reliable protocol.
