Iphone 5S

Hello, My name's Mohamed Abdul hamid From Cairo, Egypt

My phone is Iphone 5S, Storage Capacity is 16G, Processor Speed is A7 and Version Number is IOS 9.3.3

the problem is the battery charge is end then i tried to plug it up to charger but didn't appear the charge screen, then i pressed on the power bottom for try open it or appear the charge screen but nothing so i went to Trade Line Mohandsine, Cairo Brunch and They Suggested to me the technical support department in 6th of October City, Cairo brunch, then i went to there for fix this problem. one of the technical support team said this is problem in motherboard and they can't fix it, then they suggested to me exchange the iphone by apple store so i sent this message to apple team for help me to know how can i send my iphone for exchange, please ?

Click on the link that says "Get help" or "Set up a repair".


Although your iPhone is no longer covered under warranty, service options may include out-of-warranty service.


There is no way to email Apple about your issue - follow the links provided on the page that I referred you to earlier.
