How to Make MDM Certificate Unremovable

Hi,

I am currently working on a MDM server.

I successfully renewed the expiring MDM certificate on a supervised iPhone over the air. However, the expiring certificate was unremovable before updating it. Now it becomes removable.

Is there any way to solve this? Thanks in advance.
