Hello. I'm running Windows 10 on a Dell XPS laptop. I have a set of Plantronics Savi headphones that work great on everything, except iTunes. I can use skype, listen to pandora, etc., but iTunes just does not play. When I click on play I hear a little static for a second or so, then nothing. If I choose the laptop speakers, that works just fine. It's just the headphones that won't play iTunes music at all. Any pointers? All drivers are the latest available, of course.
