Q: Grace Mondo radio connect problem

After upgrading to the latest firmware on my Grace Mondo Internet radio, it will no longer connect to the wifi network of my TimeCapsule using WPA security.

This does not appear to be a Time Capsule issue at all......unless....you also changed some settings on the Time Capsule that are not being mentioned in your post.

If we understand correctly, no changes were made to the Time Capsule at all, correct?

Do your other devices connect to the Time Capsule wireless?  If yes, this confirms again that the issue is not with the Time Capsule.

Try powering off and restarting both the Time Capsule and the Internet radio.

If that does not help, then you will need to reset the Internet radio back to its original factory default settings and then set it up again. Contact the support folks for the Internet radio for more details and instructions if you need them.

Sorry... I should have included more info. I submitted this to the Grace support team and they were not helpful at all and pretty much did not own the problem. I agree this appears to be an issue with the Grace radio. It was working just fine until the doing the latest firmware update to the radio. The only way I can get it to connect is to turn off security on my Time Capsule. It is curious that it will connect to the wifi (with WPA) on my Xfinity cable modem/router. My real question is "is anyone else having this issue or something like it?"
