App Store
I am , at the moment in Switzerland , but have a UK IPAD, use the UK app store and pay with a UK credit card .
I have reported several times a problem with an in app purchase, but am getting no reply from Apple.
I Will be here until after the refund period for this in app purchase is passed .
I am now trying to write to the UK App Store to report on this, but always get re-directed to the Swiss store ( which is no use as I don't speak , German , French or Italian......apart from which getting through would be no help, because I do not have or use an account in the Swiss App Store , so they would not be able to help .
How the **** am I supposed to get my money back from this in app purchase , if it's impossible to contact the store I use .
