Q: FTP, SFTP and FTPS

I can get Apple's Server.app to host a traditional FTP server which of course has no encryption. I can also get a Mac Server to act as an SFTP server although this is done via Remote Login in Sharing and is nothing to do with Server.app.

What I was wondering is if there is anyway to get a Mac to act as an FTPS server?

Note: As mentioned FTP has no encryption, SFTP can be thought of as doing FTP via a SSH tunnel and the SSH tunnel is encrypted, FTPS is FTP with SSL encryption and is therefore to FTP as https is to http.

PS. I am aware other third-party software for a Mac e.g. Rumpus could do this but would like to do this using Apple's standard software in this instance.
