I was updating my Iphone 5 to Itunes and now it says I have to reconfigure to factory settings it does not recognize my phone
I was updating the ios on my Iphone 5 and there is a message which says it does not recognize and I have to reset to factory settings. The only thing at this point I can do is turn the phone on and it shows the itune logo witha arrow pointing up and a charging port. I can't use my phone at all now.
