Q: I hate the newer ITunes. I upgraded from a 6Plus 16GB to a 6S 126GB and I am trying to load my music but I am unable to.

I am trying to load my music from Itunes to my new 6S 126GB. I had a 6Plus 16GB. I really hate the newer version of ITunes. When I sync, ITunes said my library transfered but there is nothing in it on the phone

    Hi ColdWarVet75,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. Congratulations on your new iPhone! I see from your post that you are having some issues getting your iTunes library to sync over to the new iPhone. I listen to music on my iPhone all the time, so I can understand your concern. I will be happy to help you with this.

If you haven't already, please go ahead and restart both the iPhone and the computer that has the iTunes library on it. Once both devices are booted back up, please try again to sync the iTunes library over. If you have another Lightning to USB cable, I'd recommend trying to use that one and see if the sync completes with a different cable.
