How to fix "add rescue email" when you already have a rescue email?

Hello all,


I have a problem, i got locked out of my account because i forgot my security answers when attempting to purchase in-app items....

So i have to add a rescue email but the problem is i already have one and i believe its verified yet for some reason, i cant do anything... the add "a rescue email" button and the "use rescue email" button doesn't work... (It doesn't send a email to my rescue email so i physically cant do anything, i added money to my account)


So im hoping that you people can help me!


I have no idea what to do.


Any help/tips would be useful!
