Q: Need to transfer iTunes purchases to my own account from my parent's

While I know (as of now) this isn't possible, is anyone else in this situation? I (or more like my family) started an iTunes account about 10 years ago, which I still share with 3 siblings and has my parent's credit card info. But now I'm out of the house, and I want my own account so I don't have to constantly buy gift cards (that my siblings can steal) or pay my parents back for purchases, and I want to use Apple Pay with my own finances. But I have over 1000 songs, TV shows, movies, and apps downloaded on this account, and of course they're not transferrable, so getting my own account without having to buy everything over again isn't an option. But since a lot of people who first got iPods years ago are moving out of their parents house, there's no way I'm the only one with this problem, and this seems like a justifiable reason to move purchases to a new account. So is there any way we can like convince Apple to make purchases purchased on a parent/guardian's account transferrable to one of their kid's account? I, and I think a lot of people, don't want to be tethered to their parents/siblings for the rest of their life on iTunes.
