    Hwllo there, hari shankar hari!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with your Apple Music syncing across your devices. I know how important it is to be sure Apple Music is syncing properly. Let's start by having you check out this article here: Use your Apple Music membership to get your music on all of your devices. You said you made sure iCloud Music Library is on with your iPhone and that's a great step. Let's be sure it's also on in iTunes.

    On your Mac or PC

    1. Make sure that you're signed in to iTunes with the Apple ID and password that you use for your Apple Music membership.
    2. Mac: From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Preferences.

Windows: From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Edit > Preferences.
    3. Turn on iCloud Music Library.
    4. Click OK.

Another step is going to be to go to this article here: Get the latest version of iTunes. The current cersion of iTunes is 12.4.3. So you'll want to be sure that is installed as well.

    Cheers!
