Q: Using Iphone 5, trying to upgrade iCloud Drive

Using Iphone 5, trying to upgrade iCloud Drive. Been upgrading for an hour.  Should I be worried?  (I phone 5S started upgrade and finished much quicker)  Is there a way to speed up the upgrade or see a progress bar?

Hi

 

If your upgrade to iCloud Drive pauses or doesn't respond, Apple advises checking your Internet connection:

 

  • On your iPhone's status bar, look for an Edge, 3G, 4G, LTE, or Wi-Fi icon.
  • Open a website from your browser to make sure that you are connected.
  • If the Internet connection is lost, the upgrade will pause for a short time, then try again.

 

If the upgrade still does not respond, Apple advises that you should contact Apple Support:
