Q: how do i start my phone up if it has the connect to itunes logo because i went to update it and now it wont start up

How do i start up my phone again cause i went to update my phone to the latest ios 9.3.4 and now has the connect to itunes logo but will not start even after connecting it to itunes... need help asap pls
