If I want to do an iCloud backup from my iPhone 5S, I always have to delete the previous iCloud backup because otherwise it won't work. I have enough space left on the iCloud storag because the iCloud backup takes 490 MB and after finishing the backup, there are still 2 GB of the 5 GB storage left. Can anybody please help me to solve this ****** problem.

iCloud makes incremental backups one per device, it is donne when you're doing the first back up then it completes the back up or removes some staff. You do not create a new back up when your device is syncing with iCloud's servers. if you set up your device as new, you will be able to create a new back up for this device with new content.
