Q: How do I backup a phone which is not turning on and not responding to ITunes?
So a few days earlier my İPhone 6 was charging at night and when I woke up I was able to look at the time on my IPhone but then a few minutes later my phone got a black screen and was not turning on. I tried to plug my phone into İTunes (to back my stuff up) but it was not able to connect. I talked with Apple Support and they told me that I should send my IPhone to repair. But the problem with this is that I am not able to back my phone up and I have photos that I do not want to lose. I talked with repair and they told me that there was a high risk of my photos getting deleted.
Please help me!

If the device will not power on, try a forced restart. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The device should reboot. Be advised this could take up to 30 seconds of holding.
