Q: Delays recieving emails on El Capitan OS

Please, can you enlighten me if there is a setting for Outlook email running on El Capitan OX to speed up the delivery of receiving emails for the Outlook for Mac?

As Outlook is not an Apple product and not a lot of people around here seem to be big-time experts in MS Office, allow me to recommend that you try Microsoft's Office:Mac forums here:

 

Office for Mac

 

Everyone there is a Mac user AND an Office user, something you can't say about Apple's forums. You will get the fastest help there and I think you will find the contributors more than helpful.

 

Also, no PowerMac can run OS 10.11"El Capitan". This forum covers Apple desktop computers made before 2006. Perhaps you have a Mac Pro (two optical drive doors)?:
