Q: IMediaHud for iOS?

I have been using IMediaHud on my Mac for years. Those that know of this tool know that it will tell you everything you ever would want to know about a video file in great detail. It is very user friendly, fast, and the output information is well organized and easy to use.

Is there a tool in iOS that will look at video files sitting on a server and give me the same information?

Thanks,

Pete

You'd probably get a faster answer just searching the App Store. Use some different search terms and see what looks good to you

    Thanks for the rapid reply.

When I search the App Store the results give me dozens of file player apps and network file management tools that are mostly for file transfers and security.  I've used many different search terms but no joy.

If anyone out there has used IMediaHud on a Mac you know that it does one thing only and that is tell you every last technical detail about a video file.  It doesn't play the file. It doesn't create a catalog or file index. It just looks at one file at a time and gives you ALL of the technical data about the video file.  I'd like to be able to see that same information from my iPad when I'm not at my Mac but I need to communicate in detail about a video file that is on my NAS.

    Thanks,

    Pete
