Q: Iphone 6 battery readings incorrect, now will not charge
About two weeks ago my iphone 6 started to die while displaying around 46% battery. The number that it died at changed intermittently but it was obvious that the battery percentage displayed didn't indicate the actual battery left. This turned into my iphone always displaying 100% battery and dying intermittently with that displayed.
Now my iphone has died and shows the screen with the red battery and charge cable indicating that the battery has died and needs to be charged. I've left it on charge for about 2 hours and this screen hasn't changed. When I plugged it into my laptop to try to back it up and restore with iTunes it wasn't recognized. What can I do to fix it?
