Q: iPhone 4S 'UMTS Unlocked except US SIM Policy'

I bought an iphone 4S off of eBay

I was unsure of the simlock and so was the seller.

So I paid for a sim lock service:

The results was:

IMEI Number: ******* Part Description: iPhone 4S Product Version: 9.3.3 Initial Activation Policy ID: Initial Activation Policy Details: US CDMA Service Picker policy - N94/N92 - 2011 Applied Activation PolicyID: 2070 Applied Activation Details: US Sprint N94 Multi-Mode, UMTS Unlocked except US SIM Policy Next Tether Policy ID: 2008 Next Tether Policy Details: US Sprint N94 Multi-Mode, UMTS Unlocked except US SIM Policy First Unbrick Date: 15/06/13 Unlock Date: Unbricked: false Unlocked: false

it is registered as 'UMTS Unlocked except US SIM Policy' does that mean that I can use in the phone (and therefore swap at any point) any kind of NON-US SIM?

I read up online something about Sprint (which according to the text above this phone was bought on having some sort of policy which unlocked all their iphones for unlocked use outside the US....

Please let me know guys-  thanks!
