If you use another Apple ID for iTunes all your content from the original Apple ID will be removed.

It won't be "removed" but it cannot be transferred to the new account. It will also be a big nuisance trying to manage items distributed between two different accounts. Resolve the issues with the security questions.
About your Apple ID email addresses - https://support.apple.com/HT201356 - "If you ever forget your security questions, you can use your rescue email address to reset them. If you don't have a rescue email address, you'll need to contact Apple Support for help. We’ll also send any account security-related notifications to your rescue email address. "

Is not really true. iTunes purchases do not get removed. However, iTunes purchases are locked to the account that purchased them. To update apps, redownload iTunes purchases and do other things you have to sign into the account that purchased them
