I forgot my security questions and answers. When I first setup my account.
When I try to buy anything on iTunes now on my iPhone 4s .Something pops up on the screen.
Saying I need put in security answers. I don't remember my rescue Email. I can setup another I tunes account.

If you use another Apple ID for iTunes all your content from the original Apple ID will be removed.

It won't be "removed" but it cannot be transferred to the new account. It will also be a big nuisance trying to manage items distributed between two different accounts. Resolve the issues with the security questions.

Is not really true. iTunes purchases do not get removed. However, iTunes purchases are locked to the account that purchased them. To update apps, redownload iTunes purchases and do other things you have to sign into the account that purchased them
