Q: 2010 Macbook Pro Graphics Panic

I bought my Macbook Pro brand new in 2010 and it has been reliable, stable, and worked perfectly up until now. Starting around a month ago my Macbook will restart and return with a GPU panic. After a bit of research I found that there was a repair setup that went on awhile ago.  MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010) intermittent black screen or loss of video Quality Program has ended - Apple Support

My problem is that I was never notified of this, nor would I have known about this without having the problem (which is happening now).

What are my solutions? (if there be any)
