How do I recover ring tones after buying a new phone?
Can you resend them?

Ringtones would be in your iTunes library, if you took the time to transfer the purchase if purchased on the iPhone. If they are in the library, you can sync them back to the new device. If you did not transfer them to the iTunes Library, then would have to be purchased again.
