My iPad seems to be glitching out...

My iPad just blinked black and white several times... Should I take it to an Apple Store?

iPad Air, iOS 9.3.3

Try the troubleshooting help here first > If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on - Apple Support

If nothing there helps make an appointment at an Apple Store Genius Bar

Or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
