I could not view my Apple ID

Question

I Would like to manage my ITunes subscription but then I couldn't view my Apple ID from my iphone 5S setting

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.2

Did you follow the instruction in the article you attached that says:

On the home screen, tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > View Apple ID

So what happened (or did not happen) after you performed these steps?

The screen changed to something white and it just went back to the setting page

Reset the iPhone.

Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
