Q: Import photos from Time Machine back up
I recently had an OS X upgrade and had taken a time machine back up. Now I am trying to copy paste my iPhoto Library to my mac - but it is not being able to import because they do not support the previous iPhoto. How can i get back all my pictures?

You don't copy and paste you restore the Library via the Time Machine interface.
