I understand that you maybe having some issues with authorizing your Windows PC to play your iTunes content? Not to worry! there maybe a few reasons why this is occurring, let's have a look to see what can be done to get this resolved for you. Please have a quick look at this link to verify that you have not reached the max amount of devices that can be authorized. You can also de- authorize all devices and then authorize them back!! Authorize your computer in iTunes Deauthorize your computer using iTunes
