I want to download Mac OS. I deleted disk and now installing a clean installation. Problem is in the speed of download. Installation runs 2 hours and left 40 hours to download componenets. Where is the problem?

Chances are this is your internet connection - The OS is quite large and will take some time to download on almost any connection. I believe its about 6GB - so unfortunately its just a waiting game as its the entire OS not just updates or individual apps that is being downloaded.
Could be:
- Apple servers
- internet connections
- Your router/modem
All you can do is try powering off and then back on your router and modem.
Also, using a wired Ethernet connection might be faster than wifi connection
I try change my connection in afternoon. It may also be damaged hardware?
I doubt damaged hardware. If damaged I would expect it wil either work OK or not work at all
